spt: scavenger hunt

Last night I learned a Lesson:  a girl who believes in karma should not publicly curse her dentist.  My temporary crown fell out, hurt, and I had to go spend more quality time with the man I just roasted on my blog.  I've pretty much been in a funk all day.  So I set out on Lelly's scavenger hunt in an attempt to de-funk.

Yesterday morning he brought me great Laughter with his excitement to go to a friend’s house after preschool.  He was sure Bret’s sister Lauryn would be there to join the play.  I broke the news that she’d probably be at school still.  He flopped, back-first onto my bed, threw his hands up over his head, grinned and said, “I could look at her aaaaall church day.”

He has always had a Light in his eyes..and today he helped to bring back mine.
