    addicted

Last Thursday I slept from 9 PM to 8 AM.  And since then I haven't been the same.  I crave sleep, live for sleep, plan my days around when I can find a quiet corner.  And I'm not the type of easy napper who can take 20 minutes and feel refreshed.  Anything less than two hours and you definitely don't want to be around this girl.  Jim humored me over the weekend by bearing the heavy end of the "oh, ya, we have kids".  And after we had a grueling 105 degree moving session at Cyn's on Saturday, I spent a dizzy all day Sunday in bed.  It's a wonder that I've lived in AZ most of my life, but still haven't adapted to outside working on that kind of day.

So that's the "why" of my non-updated blog and missing out on everyone else's.  I go to bed early.  And nap in the afternoon.  And spend the rest of the day hazy, half-awake.  Cursing that one night of perfect sleep that absolutely did me in.

So please, please send me in the direction of any *big news* or other happenings about the blogosphere.  The idea of catching up makes me crave my pillow.  Again!

Are you pregnant? That kind of sleep craving goes hand in hand with growing a baby. If not, maybe you're just getting taller.

I hope you're pregnant. How fun would that be, I can totally relate to the all consuming sleep addiction. I'm there. I can barely make it past 8:30 each evening. So sad. So sad for Tom.

More mal-nourished & exercise-deprived than pregnant. Or perhaps I am just getting taller!

I wondered if you had trekked out of town again or something, but then I remembered your note about Cyndee's move. A sleepy phase, huh? Do you have mono? This doesn't sound good to me!

Sounds like you had us all thinking you were pregnant. But I'm with you, sleep is a beautiful and addicting thing that when you have children you can never, ever get enough of! EVER!

I had a flu bug that lastest awhile and I didn't even know I was sick. I was just totally worn out! The moment I woke up - I was too tired. It was a vicious cycle that lasted weeks. I hope that you have just been overdoing it and need to catch up!
No big news on this end. I think the only BIG news I found was that Angie is 20 weeks preg! That is big news!
Happy resting! Hope you rally soon!

I love sleep, too. Love naps and just don't get how some people think a nap is a waste of precious daylight hours. WHAT? :)

We are in the same boat. I slept until noon yesterday. I have had some sort of bug: sore throat, upset stomach, nonexistent appetite for 2 weeks now. And I have wondered if I should post saying I'm just sick, and busy. Maybe I will.
